AIUOF is a federation of Other Backward Class community organisations from every religion and region of India — formed to secure equal representation, equal opportunity and equal dignity, together.

THE FOUR PILLARS

One Federation. Four Communities.

OBC backwardness is decided by caste and occupation, not by faith. AIUOF stands with OBCs across every community that the constitution recognises as backward.

Hindu OBCs

The largest share of recognised backward castes — farmers, artisans and service communities across every state.

Muslim OBCs

Pasmanda and backward-caste Muslim communities, long left out of the reservation conversation despite identical social backwardness.

Sikh OBCs

Backward-caste Sikh communities working the land and the trades of Punjab and beyond, sharing the same caste history as their Hindu OBC neighbours.

South Indian OBCs

Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam-speaking backward communities, often under-represented in a conversation dominated by the north.

    OBC reservation benefits must reach Hindu, Muslim, Sikh and South Indian OBCs alike — backwardness is a caste fact, not a religious one.

    A single federation representing OBC organisations across states and faiths, so policymakers face one table instead of dozens of competing voices.

    An Honest Caste Census

    Accurate, transparent caste enumeration, so representation and resources are allocated to match the real population — not outdated estimates.

    Grassroots Organising, District by District

    Local AIUOF chapters in every district, built by and for the communities they represent — uniting, not dividing, along the way.
